When cooking different recipes, consider substitutions to make an allergen-friendly dish. For example, if you need gluten-free and nut-free pasta, try noodles made from zucchini, beets, sweet potatoes, or other vegetables.
When inviting guests, ask in advance if they have any food allergies.
When preparing you meals make sure you are aware of the ingredients in each dish, have separate serving utensils, and have those with allergens make their plates first.
