Centuries Old Family Recipes

Mulay’s Sausage is made according to my family’s centuries old recipes. My Grandfather immigrated to the United States from Sicily in 1903 when he was 4 years old and my Nana’s family came earlier, just before the turn of the century. Both families settled in Pueblo, Colorado.

Today, the tradition lives on!

As a couple of ski bums living in Crested Butte, Colorado, we started making Mulay’s Sausage to sell at our local 4th of July Festival in 1990. The last 30+ years have been an exciting journey for our family. Often people think we are new because of our clean, Paleo friendly label that is Gluten Free! Though our ingredients are now “on-trend” our recipe is from our family’s centuries old tradition.
