Super easy ramen with Mulay's Meatballs.
Ingredients
1tsp olive oil
1tsp toasted sesame oil
1clove crushed garlic
1inch piece fresh ginger, grated
4cups chicken stock
2-3Tbl soy sauce
1Tbl rice vinegar
1Tbl sriracha
6-8oz you favorite ramen noodles

pickled red cabbage
oyster mushrooms
micro greens
sliced scallions
7 minute egg
shredded carrots
sliced hot pepper
corn
sprouts
black sesame seeds

Directions
Heat oil over medium heat
Brown meatballs and set aside for later
Saute garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes
Add stock, sriracha, soy sauce and rice vinegar
Bring stock to a boil, uncovered
Simmer for 5 minutes
Taste and adjust spice level
Cook ramen per package instructions (we prefer the fresh ramen)
Drain, rinse and divide the ramen among the bowls
Strain the stock and ladle over the noodles
Add a meatball or two!
