Warm Bratwurst and Cabbage Salad
- 5 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 onion - chopped
1 package (1 lb.) Mulay's Bratwurst
1. Cut the Bratwurst into 1/2" inch pieces and cook in a skillet until done
- set aside in a bowl.
- 2. Add olive oil and onions and cabbage, saut� until they tender.
- 3. Stir in prepared brats and season with salt and pepper.
