Ingredients

3 pkgs Mulay’s Nana’s Original Italian, cooked crumbles
½ cup Olive Oil
2 Tbs each Basil, Parsley, and Oregano
8-9 c. Flour
2 Tbsp. yeast
¼ c. Sugar
2½ c. Water
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ c. oil
½ stick Butter

In a large bowl combined 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp. yeast, 1½ c. flour, 1½c. hot water (water should be warm to touch not boiling so you do not kill yeast). Set large bowl in sink full of hot water until it is bubbly.
Making
In medium size microwavable bowl combine ½ stick butter, ½ c. oil, ¼ tsp. salt, 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1 cup water. Melt together in the microwave approximately 3 min. Wait until slightly cooled and the mixture sink is bubbly then combine. Gradually add 4 ½ c. flour knead together, shape into a large ball, drizzle a tad of oil on the top, cover, and place into a warm place to rise. This is a quick rise recipe so should not take to long.
Making the Loaves
Turn oven to 350 degrees F. While waiting for bread to rise, place Mulay’s Sausage in a sarge skillet on medium high heat. As the product cooks chop into crumbles, cook until done. While cooking mixed together you're seasonings.
Roll out the sectioned pieces into rectangles about 4-6 in wide and 7-9 inches long.
Drizzle 1 Tbs of olive oil onto each rectangle, then spread 1 tablespoon of the mixed seasonings. use your hands to spread spices and olive oil all over each rectangle.
Spread a heaping cup of Mulays sausage around each rectangle and role together along the long edge. Place on backing sheet and transfer to oven.
Cook for16-18 min when done they should b light brown on top and when the bottom is tapped the loaf should sound hollow. Remove to cooling rack once cooled package into bags. You can slice and eat right away or you can freeze and reheat when your ready to eat.
