Chorizo Tacos/Burritos

When making tacos and burritos it really is all about your personal preference. Do you like beans? Cheese or sour cream? Flour or corn tortillas? What veggies, salsa, or guac do you like on your tacos? This means that you can truly make it your own, so get creative!

Ingredients

1 pkg Mulay’s Chorizo
1 can refried beans
1lg. tomato, chopped
1 lg. yellow onion, chopped
your favorite salsa, pico de Gallo, mango salsa, guacamole, etc. (optional)
Cheese or Sour cream (optional)
1 pkg. Corn or Flower tortillas (you can also use cabbage or lettuce leaves as a gluten free substitution)
Any other toppings you would like! We often add sautéed or grilled veggies
Directions
In a pan on medium high heat begin cooking Mulay’s chorizo, chop into crumbles. Prepare all other toppings and sauces you have selected to serve with your tacos/ burritos.
Once Chorizo is cooked and toppings are prepared, carefully warm tortillas. We find the best way to serve this recipe is buffet style, so arrange all fixings together and have guest make their own!
