1 pkg Mulay’s Chorizo
Roasted Seasonal Vegetables (3-5)
1 cup Hummus (pick your favorite)
1 loaf Fresh Sourdough Bread (can be other kind)
Directions
Choose 3-5 seasonal roasted vegetables for your Tartine, we choose peppers, onions, zucchini, and summer squash. These vegetables can be prepared any way. Cut vegetables into thin long slices, we caramelized the peppers and onions and placed the zucchini and summer squash on a griddle to lightly cook through. **If you are roasting vegetables in the oven do this before cooking sausage.
Turn oven to 350° F, while oven is warming roll Mulay’s Chorizo into quarter size balls and place on a sheet pan. Once oven is warmed cook for 17 min and remove.
Once all ingredients are prepared, cut fresh bread into slices about ½” - 1” thick, brush with olive oil and toast. Once ready assemble by spreading hummus on thickly, place seasonal vegetables, and chorizo balls. And serve!
