Our founder, Loree Mulay, has worked to build a team of empowering women who worked together to bring you sausage and meatballs you can enjoy with confidence. Meet some of our team members below:
Loree Mulay Weisman is Mulay’s Sausage Corporation’s Founding President and CEO. Heading up this WBENC Certified Woman Owned Business, her expertise lies in sales, marketing, R&D, strategic planning and development. Loree has grown Mulay’s with a critical eye for quality, leading the competition with innovation and certifications, always ahead of trends, guiding with a tradition of excellence for over 30 years. A foodie from the start this mom of 2 daughters is an avid traveler who enjoys photography and painting when time allows.
In April 2017, Sheri Merz joined the Mulay’s family and is now the Chief Operations Officer. A long-time fan of Mulay’s sausage, with chorizo being her favorite, she takes pride in working for a company that takes care of the community, starting from the farmers to the end customer. Sheri has spent her career working for conventional and natural grocery chains as a buyer and category manager for meat and seafood. When Sheri is not working, or volunteering in the community, she spends her time with her family, which includes her husband, three children and her five grandchildren.
Dawn is Mulay’s Chief Sales Officer and comes to us with over 15 years of distribution and sales experience in the natural foods marketplace. Dawn’s expertise is in helping emerging brands gain national distribution. What broughtDawn to Mulay's is the passion that Loree and those that work with her bring to work every day. I have been in the natural industry for many years and care about the products that I feed my family. And Mulay's is a company that fits my lifestyle in so many ways!She recently bought a home in Idaho to be close to her son and new grandson.
